Competing in the New Economy: Seven Steps to Boost Profits
Every business is a machine designed to produce a certain outcome. Future performance will be consistent with past patterns unless you redesign the system. If a company has a history of marginal profits, it will continue to struggle in the future, but change the design and you change the outcome. In this session, Chris will outline seven steps that provide a basis for members to honestly assess the performance of their business and understand where there is potential to increase profits in a tough economy.
In this presentation, participants are introduced to the Sales Experience Cycle™—a behavior-based framework for designing a profitable sales experience that drives dramatic improvements in customer engagement and loyalty.
By attending this session you will:
- Identify weaknesses and inefficiencies in your business that can be fixed
- Return to your company and take immediate action to improve performance and profitability
